Citrus Pressing Underway at Farm!

Olio Bello's ever-popular citrus oils are making a vibrant and colourful appearance for this year's Harvest. A labour of love from start to finish, the process involves hand-picking lemons, limes and mandarins directly from our organic orchard and simultaneously pressing the fruit with the olives in our Italian Pieralisi Mill.  The piquant results are always surprising, refreshing and overflowing with winter goodness. 

From seafood and grilled vegetables, to cakes, ice-cream and dessert - the release of Olio Bello's 2018 Lemon Pressed Oil and Citrus Collection, is one to watch!
