Rich in colour. Full of flavour. Used the 'Golden' Oil for every cooking purpose, pasta sauces to roasting, and for fresh bread as a dipping oil. Very nice.
We purchased the variety Corriegiola. It is delicious used with steamed carrots - it tastes almost buttery. Yum! We also use it with Dukkah and bread as nibbles. Just so good. It is delicious drizzled on poached eggs or over steamed vegetables and indeed over salmon patties. Would recommend trying Olio Nuovo when next there are bottles available. The staff at Olio Bella are most gracious and will go out of their way to provide what you need when you place an order.
The organic Extra ****** Olive oil was very tasty and smooth on the palate and I enjoyed it also knowing the nutritional benefits that liquid gold brings with it.
Very good and can’t complain. I take a tablespoon or two of it neat, everyday!
