I’m reluctant to write a review because I’d like to keep this product a secret. I tried the mandarin oil in house on holidays a few years ago, and with the raspberry vinegar it is simply a delicious combination! Truthfully the oil alone drizzled over pasta with cheese, prosciutto, seasonal greens with a bianco sauce, yum.I have looked at the website several times to replace it, and after a quick note on my order with an enquiry, I received a call from Megan who was incredibly helpful, she added my oil request to my order, processed the payment and I received my order promptly. Delicious product, brilliant customer service, and I only wish I lived closer to enjoy visiting Olio Bello and indulging in all the products more frequently! I’m a very happy customer!
