Exciting Farm Announcement - four years in the making, an adventurous journey and another string to the farm’s ‘bow’! We are thrilled to announce that we're adding a new 'kid on the block' to Olio Bello's Olive Oil, Gourmet, Organic Beauty and Lakeside Glamping mix.

We've always felt that there has been one 'highly desirable' thing missing from the farm - Wine! So, in March 2020, we dared to dream and planted a small area of Chardonnay and Cabernet from ‘good local stock’. After a lot of hard work, the grapes haven’t disappointed and our team has recently picked the Chardonnay (Gin Gin clone), for our inaugural vintage 2024 - signalling the beginning of a fantastic new chapter for the farm!

The vineyard is located on the picturesque Northern side of the property and protected by a wall of majestic Italian Stone Pines. Although it's nothing big or fancy, it will allow us to deliver a few drops of quality wine for our valued 'Friends of Olio Bello - in the years ahead. Our hand-picked Chardonnay has just finished its wild yeast ferment in barrel and will now continue to develop and refine over the next twelve months - ready to enjoy in 2025.
