Olio Bello's Estate Pressed Oils are crafted by adding whole lemons, limes, mandarins, or fresh basil to the press, simultaneously with our organic olives, to create the ultimate fruit juice and health tonic! This process is how Citrus and Flavoured Oils have been produced in Italy for generations!

Please note that due to the extreme conditions and lower oil yields, we decided not to press our Citrus range of flavoured oils during the 2024 harvest and have instead, focused on our traditional varieties. We look forward to re-releasing our popular Flavoured Oils in 2025.
