Ordering was easy, Olio Bello sales staff are most helpful including the oils I requested. Delivery was when expected and everything arrived safely. Just wish I could be over there in WA to visit in person.

Unable to travel to WA from Singapore, I ordered the Ultimate Olio Bello Gourmet Basket as a Christmas gift for relatives. Then all drama ensued, with an anxious aunt wanting to be called by the delivery person to let her know when the hamper was being delivered (not possible with Australia Post, but Olio Bello told her when the package was handed over to Australia Post). In turn, I was panicking about whether a gift card would be included. The team at Olio Bello took it all in their stride. Emails were replied to promptly, nerves were soothed, and problems solved. PLUS the hamper was apparently gorgeous and full of goodies. Thanks guys, on so many levels. Will definitely keep Olio Bello in mind when in need of a present.
