Known throughout time for its quality, rich textures & medicinal value and dubbed by Greek Philosopher Homer as pure 'Liquid Gold', Olio Nuovo (new oil) is produced from our certified organic estate grown and pressed olives and is the unfiltered oil taken from the press immediately after milling.
Presented in its raw state, 'Olio Nuovo' exhibits the ultimate in flavour profile and is rich in antioxidants.

A single-variety olive, Frantoio is normally blended with our Mission olives to create our popular and first Olio Bello Oil - Romanza.
The Frantoio olives form the centrepiece of Italy's prized Tuscan oils and are acclaimed for their rich, gold-green texture and fresh, fruity character, with a light peppery finish.
Olio Bello's 2019 Frantoio is a medium to robust bodied Oil and shows savoury notes of dried herbs and aged cheddar. The palate is creamy with warmth and length. Simply 'Tuscany in a Bottle'!
