A zesty Olio Bello favourite! Fresh whole limes from our organic orchard are pressed simultaneously with the olives in our Italian Pressing mill (Agrumato), to extract all of the essential oils and vital goodness to create intense, vibrant, refreshing and uplifting lime flavours.
This uniqueness was reflected in the recent Awards, with our 2023 Lime Oil being judged as the ‘2nd best Oil in Show in its category (Class 5 - flavoured oils).
Enjoy with seafood, salads, sweet desserts, cakes, smoothies and even pour over your ice-cream for the ultimate summer treat!
AROMA
This citrus olive oils displays a lifted aroma of lime and freshly cut grass on the nose.
TASTE
Fresh and Invigorating flavour of fresh, clean zest of lime is prominent on the palate.

An excellent complement to fresh seafood dishes (prawns, scallops, shellfish) Add to risotto, couscous, dressings, marinades, salads and fresh fruit. Heavenly drizzled over poached fruit, waffles, ice-cream or fresh fruit tarts.

2023 Judge's Notes
Aroma + Palette: Mild lime aroma but pleasant kaffir type lime flavours on the palate. Complexity: Delicate carrier oil blended well with lime flavour to produce a flavoured oil with a lingering pleasant finish.
