Crafted for the discerning palate, Olio Bello's popular Margaret River Premium Blend, is carefully selected by our Oil Maker annually, from across our organic farm, to create a medium to robust organic olive oil, of the highest quality.
The result is a fresh and well-balanced oil, with a hint of fresh grass, almond and artichoke flavours.
Our 2023 Premium Blend is a flavoursome meeting of our Italian varieties: Corregiola and Frantoio cultivars from Tuscany, which are located n the heart of the property's 320 acre, certified organic estate.
AROMA
Herbaceous aromas of green grass, with hints of almond and artichoke.

Smooth, well rounded and slightly peppery oil, with an elegant finish.

An essential Luxury
I live in Melbourne and love visiting WA, especially Margaret River and surrounding regions to Albany. A visit, tasting and some purchases at Olio Bella is always on our travel agenda. Then being able to order from across the country and have it arrive in a few days is sensational! We love the high quality and distinctive fine taste of Olio Bella Olive Oils.

My family stayed at the glamping accommodation over a year ago, and that was where we were able to taste your oils. We bought some to take home and my son, in particular, took a liking to the mandarin one. Knowing that he had liked it so much and that he had pulled a sad face when we finished the bottle, I ordered it again for him, this time in a 3-pack. I cannot tell you the joy that came over his face when he opened the package. We enjoy it best in a rocket salad, as a finishing drizzle over grilled chicken or fish, or simply with freshly toasted Turkish bread. Reliving all of this makes me smile.
Done it again!
Olio Bello has again produced some delicious Margaret River Premium Blend olive oil. This season's oil has a delicious peppery finish. We use it for shallow frying fish, onions, etc., cooking, for drizzling on salads, with bread and dukkah. I used it in a zucchini slice but found the slice was a bit heavy this time. As yet I have not used it in any cakes, but usually use it in carrot, and lemon yoghurt cakes.
