The lemons are pressed simultaneously with the olives to extract all of the essential oils and vital goodness to produce these intense and playful flavours.

Great product, use it all the time when sauteing mushrooms to be served on toast with feta cheese crumbled over the top, and use it as the go-to oil for my salad dressing. Very friendly staff with good service and prompt delivery, even in these times of slower mail delivery.
