Showcasing whole organic lemons from our farm's orchard, this fresh, zesty, fruity lemon oil is a culinary favourite for spring and summer menus and sublime with desserts. The lemons are pressed simultaneously with the olives, in true Italian 'Agrumento' style to extract all of the essential oils and vital goodness of this vibrant and zesty olive oil.
In 2025, the popular Lemon Pressed Oil is only available in 50ml and 500ml sizes.
AROMA
Intense, fresh lemons with zesty herbaceous characteristics.
TASTE
Lemon zest lingers on the palate to balance with the bitterness and medium strength on the finish.
FOOD MATCHING
Toss with pasta and fresh herbs. Sensational with seafood, shell fish and maron, all salads, goats cheese, figs and crepes. Use in baking to replace butter and drizzle over porridge and vanilla ice-cream.

Great product, use it all the time when sauteing mushrooms to be served on toast with feta cheese crumbled over the top, and use it as the go-to oil for my salad dressing. Very friendly staff with good service and prompt delivery, even in these times of slower mail delivery.
