Romanza - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Meaning 'Romance' in Italian, this unique and harmonious robust blend of olive oil, is sourced from its spectacular namesake olive grove in the heart of the property.
It also is the name of our very first oil and pays tribute, to the ship that transported our world-class pressing mill: The 'Pieralisi', from Jesi in Italy, to the Farm in 2001.
A popular and multi-awarded organic olive oil, 'Romanza' continues to be a consistently medium to robust certified organic olive oil and a firm favourite at the farm.
In 2025, Romanza was crafted with a blend of the Corregiola & WA Mission olive varieties and received a Bronze Medal, at the WA Olive Awards.
The 2025 blend will feature a crafted blend of WA Mission (New Norcia) and Frantoio (Tuscany).

"Confection and floral notes on nose. Warm on the palate with high bitterness. Pleasant finish with chilli after taste."

Love all the olive oils at Olio Bello. My last purchase of Romanza olive oil has a fantastic flavour enhancing the foods we eat. I use Oilo Bello olive oils in all my recipes as well as cakes. I also take a tablespoon of Romanza olive oil and lemon juice every day for my health. The Olio Bello oils are the best. So quick with delivery every time I need to replenish. Thankyou!!!
