Local chilli and garlic is carefully infused with the finest of olive oils, for around six weeks - to create a sublime and intensely 'Italian' style olive oil, for the Mediterranean diet.

This beautifully warm and nutty combination of flavours allows the unique qualities of each ingredient to develop on the palate. Just the right amount of tingle to suit every taste, without overpowering.
